14 Luxury Modular Home with Unique Floor Plans - Luxury Home Builders In Fayetteville NC : Home Improvement Fayetteville NC Hi, I am Everett Davis, I live in Lumberton NC. I am recently retired. Hi i am Ann Davis and i live in Lumberton North Carolina too of course and i am a retired schoolteacher a friend of mine highly recommended Ralph to build our home they have a development here in Lumberton NC He had built a couple houses out there and we went out and looked at them and were very impressed with the home building process. she just kept telling me, you got to me ralph he a fine christian man, she said you're just gonna really like ralph my wife and I new basically what kinda house we wanted to build and had been able to study that for some time and we knew pretty well what to expect as far as what we would expect from a home builder we talked to several different builders during the process we talked to some of the big box store and builders and things we would need to build a house.

So we were pretty confident we understood what we needed to build a house unique modular buildings transportable homes our challenge was finding a builder we could trust and a builder we'd be comfortable with and felt that would be reliable to us, once we met ralph we were both impressed with his technical skills dealing with computers and estimating the planning process the development of blueprints and then the way he responded to our various questions about how things would be handled what he would do, what he would ensure his sub contractors would do and all in all, we were very comfortable with ralph far above the other builders we talked to and that's the reason we decided that we'd like to work with ralph on this building project. i thought the process went pretty well once we go past the rain we stayed pretty much on schedule the construction crews came in when he said they would come in if i had a question i would text ralph and he would always text or call me right back in the past i had dealt with builders that i had questions and i would not get a call back for days! but ralph was always very prompt about calling back and answering all my questions so that i felt satisfied and we were in contact daily sometimes 2 and 3 times per day.

Basically i knew the type of house that i wanted to design and build but ralph helped us design it just exactly what i wanted they worked on the house plans and floor plans, unique green modular homes we made a few changes then we were all ready to go and pretty well stuck to it throughout the whole process i was very impressed with the technical side of the project of course i had a set of blueprints as well and i could work directly with ralph on the construction process most of it i pretty well understood from previous experience but there were many things that i didn't understand exactly how the construction process was gonna flow i didn't know exactly what was gonna be required next and ralph was always eager to explain what was gonna happen next and explain it to me so i felt more comfortable during the whole building and construction process and there were some times that we had to make some minor changes to the type of materials that we were gonna use and he explained to us the advantages of one material over another and helped us feel comfortable through the whole process of getting our house actually built the main thing that i like about our house.
